Invisalign orthodontic treatment with clear aligners was invented in America in the early 2000s and has since become widely popular around the world. Treatment with this method is done by the patient using a series of invisible aligners made by taking high-precision digital measurements. The initial measurements, along with the personalized treatment plan and the patient’s initial photographs (5 intraoral and 3 extraoral), are sent electronically to the Align Technology<\/strong><\/a> laboratories. A few days later, a 3D electronic image of the teeth, known as ClinCheck, is sent electronically, showing the future dental movements.
